AFFINITÉ

Exhibited at Galerie Au Roi (Paris, 75011), Affinité is a publication proposing a new methodology through which art and fashion may once again converge. Grounded in the principles of anti-form [late 1960s artistic movement within Process Art where art embraces chance and process] and anti-fashion [1990s post-modernist fashion intervention challenging social norms and rejecting superficiality], the project seeks to dissolve the boundaries between the two disciplines by prioritizing material behavior, privileging process over product, and embracing the unpredictability of form.
